These terms are an agreement between you and TS Realms Interactive LLC ("Movie Realm", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized in [STATE OF INCORPORATION], United States. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old. Movie Realm includes group chat and direct messaging between users, and we are a small team without a dedicated moderation staff. If you are under 18, do not create an account.
You need an account to use most of the app. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us at tsrealms.interactive@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.
One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not create an account to evade a suspension.
Movie Realm is offered in the United States and other countries we select in the app stores. It is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. By posting it, you give us permission to store it, display it to the people you posted it for, and distribute it within the app so the app can work. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already made by other users and for backup copies described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you post. Only post content you have the right to post.

We can remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms. You can report content or an account from inside the app, and we review reports as quickly as our size allows.
Be aware of what that means in practice: we do not have staff monitoring the app around the clock. We rely substantially on reports from users. If you see something that violates these terms, report it — that is what makes moderation work here.
If we terminate your account for a serious violation, we may refuse to let you create a new one.
Movie information, artwork, cast, ratings, and streaming availability come from third-party sources and are stored in our database before you open the app.
We do our best to keep this information current, but we do not control it and cannot guarantee it is accurate. Check with the streaming service before relying on an availability listing to decide what to pay for.
Movie Realm is an independent app. We are not owned by, operated by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any streaming service, studio, or distributor, and none of them pays us to feature or rank a title.
Movie Realm may earn a commission when you follow certain links to streaming services or other partners. Wherever a link can earn us a commission, we say so on the screen where the link appears. Commissions never change how titles are ranked, recommended, scored, or presented to you, and we do not accept payment for placement.
If we offer a paid subscription or in-app purchase, it is billed through the app store you installed from, under that store's terms. Refunds and cancellations follow that store's policy. We will state the price and what it includes before you buy.
We are actively building Movie Realm. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We may change these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by writing to tsrealms.interactive@gmail.com. What happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms, or if we have to stop offering the service.
Movie Realm is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information it shows will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TS Realms Interactive LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of Movie Realm. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or [USD 100].
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to hold TS Realms Interactive LLC harmless from claims brought by a third party arising out of content you posted or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF INCORPORATION], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about Movie Realm.
